THE LITTE GIANTS FOUNDRY / APPROACH
First, better questions.
I do not begin with a menu of solutions.
I begin with the people, ambitions and circumstances behind the brief.
THE STARTING POINT
Understand first.
Then make.
Every business reflects a particular person, problem and context. Coaching-led conversations help us understand why it exists, what its owner wants and what a workable direction might look like.
From there, I can question, research, rethink, design and produce what the project genuinely requires.
A FLEXIBLE WORKING METHOD
01
Discover
The founder, the real problem, the ambition, the environment and the constraints.
A sharper understanding of what needs attention.
02
Define
The founder, the real problem, the ambition, the environment and the constraints.
A clear concept, scope or strategic direction.
03
Develop
Bring together business thinking, design, identity, communications or experience as the work calls for it.
A coherent proposition and tangible outputs.
04
Realise
Coordinate production and launch, support implementation and revise as the work meets reality.
Something made, not merely recommended.
PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

WORKING TOGETHER
Business consulting that begins with context.
Do I need a finished business plan?
No. We can begin with an early-stage idea, an unresolved business problem or a defined brief. Discovery helps identify which questions need answering before committing to a scope.
Can an established business work with you?
Yes. Projects may involve repositioning, a new offering, a customer experience or a change of direction—not only launching a new venture.
Is the work limited to brand or website design?
No. The Foundry combines business development, commercial strategy, creative design and practical execution. A project can involve one or several of these capabilities.
How is a project scoped?
Following an initial discussion, we define the proposed work and deliverables around the actual need. Specialist collaborators may be involved where a project requires them.
